Established in 2014, The Israel Affordable Housing Center (IAHC) works to develop new tools and advance policies that make it possible for medium and low-income households to secure adequate and affordable housing in thriving communities throughout Israel.

Part of the Faculty of Law of Tel Aviv University, the Center’s theory of change includes: a) Applied research; b) Advocacy to influence legislation and regulation; c) Creating 'best practices' in affordable housing and urban regeneration; d) Training and capacity building activities for stakeholders.
